- High work standards, talent and attention to detail (we value quality more than speed, but the latter would be a bonus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Flash
- Ability to draw objects, figures, and scenes
- Ability to project interfaces
- Knowledge of the game industry
- Experience in games graphics design (amateur or commercial)

- Ability to create high-class 3D graphics

- Experience in designing 3D models and animations for characters, creatures, and objects using tools as 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush.
- Ability to design animations and special effects
- Knowledge of the game industry
- Experience in 3D games graphics design (amateur or commercial)
